Aztec Grill for Two
Fajitas done the right way! Our sizzling platter features chicken, steak, shrimp, baby back ribs, and chorizo sausage over julienne vegetables. Served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and tortillas.

Red Rock Meatloaf
Red Rock Meatloaf on fire grilled bread. Piled high with chile mashed potatoes, onion strings and topped with our house adovo BBQ sauce. (Homestyle with jalapeno gravy and roasted vegetables)

Tumbleweed Chicken Fried Steak
Hand-battered, golden browned and topped with jalapeño cream gravy. Served with chile mashed potates and seasoned grilled vegetables.

Tomatillo Marinated Pork
Tender pork blended with a mild tomatillo sauce, green peppers, onions and spices. Served with Southwest rice, refied beans, and tortillas.

Santa Fe Steak
Fire-grilled sirloin, served over Portobello mushrooms and chile mashed potatoes. Complemented with roasted red pepper cream sauce, grilled asparagus and onion rings.

Colorado Steak Saute
Tender chunks of steak, marinated in mild Mexican Chiles, herbs and green onions. Served with southwest rice, rancho beans and tortillas.

Rib & Chicken Combo
Half a rack of slow roasted baby back ribs basted in a 30-spice BBQ sauce with our adovo chicken breast. Served with chile mashed potatoes and a sweet corn tomalito.

Carne Asada & Rib Combo
Seasoned skirt steak grilled just right and our BBQ Baby Back Ribs served with pico de gallo, rice and beans. Choice of flour or corn tortillas, and a sweet corn tamalito.

Carne asada - thinly sliced skirt steak seasoned and broiled to perfection.*
BBQ Baby Back Ribs - tastefully seasoned and baked till tender.
Camarones Monterey - 3 bacon wrapped prawns.
Served with pico de gallo, sliced avocado, southwest rice, refried beans, sweet corn tamalito and flour or corn tortillas.

Borrego Y Mas
Slowly baked marinated seasoned Lamb shank and your choice of Enchilada, Chile Relleno, Tamale, Chimichanga or a second lamb shank. Served with Rancho beans, southwest rice and tortillas.

Shrimp & Rib Combo
Zesty shrimp and mushrooms sautéed in rich butter, chile quajillo and fresh garlic. Accompanied with tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs served with southwest rice, beans, sweet corn tamalito and tortillas.

Carne Asada y Camarones
Charbroiled, thinly sliced skirt steak accompanied by your choice of Mojo de Ajo (slightly spicy) or Coconut Shrimp. Served with southwest rice and rancho beans.

Carna Asada
Thinly sliced seasoned skirt steak, carefully charbroiled to perfection. Garnished with fresh guacamole. Served with southwest rice and refried beans.
