Succulent shrimp sautéed with roasted peppers and onions in a zesty ranchero sauce. Served with southwest rice, refried beans and flour or corn tortillas.

Desert Fire Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp and fresh mushrooms tossed in linguine pasta with a slightly spicy jalapeño cream sauce. Topped with Parmesan cheese and pico de gallo.

Adovo Shrimp & Rice Sauté
A spicy, rich red pepper cream sauce tossed with sautéed shrimp, mushrooms and onions laid over a bed of southwest rice and melted mixed cheeses. Garnished with pico de gallo and Cotija cheese.

Cancun Enchiladas
Sautéed shrimp, fish, celery, carrots, onions, green peppers and mushrooms, rolled into a flour tortilla topped with our Baja cream sauce. Served with pico de gallo, sour cream, southwest rice and black beans.

Pecan-Crusted Crab Cake
Dungeness crab blended with roasted corn and Poblano peppers, finished with a crisp pecan crust over chipotle remoulade, mango marmalade and served with a fresh Pueblo House Salad.

Baja Shrimp Tacos
Flour and corn tortillas filled with cheese, zesty sautéed shrimp & mushrooms, pepita vegetable slaw and Cotija cheese. Served with southwest rice and black beans.

Baja Fish Tacos
Flour and corn tortillas filled with, cheese, lightly batered white fish, chipotle mayo, pepita vegetable slaw and Cotija cheese. Served with southwest rice and black beans.

Monterey Wrap
Bacon wrapped prawns accompanied with roasted peppers, onions, greens and salsa ranch dressing in a soft tomato tortilla. Served with a cup of Tortilla soup.

Seafood Chimichanga
Sautéed shrimp, fish, celery, carrots, onions, green peppers and mushrooms rolled into a crisp flour tortilla and smothered with salsa de mazatlan. Served with southwest rice, refried beans, sour cream and guacamole.

Camarones Mojo De Ajo
Delicious shrimp sautéed with mushrooms in rich butter, chile guajillo and fresh garlic. Slightly spicy, served with southwest rice, refried beans and flour or corn tortillas.

Blackened Chicken Pasta
Charboiled blackened chicken breast over linguine pasta with a slightly spicy jalapeno cream sauce.

Pollo Blanco
A delectable mix of sautéed chicken, mushrooms, onions, roasted peppers and carrots laced over paella rice, nestled in a light creamy jalapeno sauce and accompanied with grilled asparagus. (not served with beans)

Pollo Mexicano
Strips of chicken breast with roasted peppers, tomatoes and onions sauteed in a zesty ranchero sauce. Served with southwest rice, refried beans, guacamole, and flour or corn tortillas.

Santa Fe Stuffed Chicken
Stuffed breast of chicken with goat cheese mix and served over southwest rice surrounded by a roasted pepper cream sauce and asparagus. Finished with a pine nut cilantro pesto and onion rings.

Adovo Pollo & Rice
Boneless breast of chicken in a spicy, rich red pepper cream sauce with mushrooms and onions. Topped with fresh tomatoes, green onions and Cotija cheese. Served over southwest rice and melted mixed cheeses.

Adovo Chicken Pasta
A spicy, rich red pepper cream sauce tossed with grilled chicken, vegetables and penne pasta. Garnished with broccoli, pico de gallo and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Carnitas
Sautéed strips fo chicken breast with roasted peppers, tomatoes and onions. Served with southwest rice, refried beans, gaucamole, and flour or corn tortillas.
