Fajita Bar: Lean Steak or Adovo Chicken provides the Southwest taste you’ve been yearning for. Both are complimented with grilled red and green peppers, onions, and accompanied by fresh Pico de Gallo, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream and homemade guacamole. All ready to wrap up in warm flour tortillas. Served with Black or refried beans and Southwest Rice, fresh salsa and crisp tortilla chips. (To-Go 10 person minimum/ Catered 25 person minimum)
Taco Bar: Build your own Tacos! Choose from ground beef or chicken. Or enjoy both along with both corn and flour tortillas, lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and fresh Salsa. Enchilada Bar: Our Southwest Enchiladas are Flour tortilla enchiladas, stuffed with chicken, mixed cheeses, green onions and smothered in a three pepper sauce. Served with pico de gallo, sour cream, southwest rice and black beans. Or if you prefer choose ground beef or chicken traditional enchiladas made with corn tortillas smothered in a mild enchilada sauce. (To-Go: 10 person minimum/Catered 25 person minimum)

Adovo Chicken pasta a spicy, rich red pepper cream sauce tossed with grilled chicken, vegetables and penne pasta and Desert Fire Shrimp Pasta made with Shrimp and fresh mushrooms tossed in penne pasta with a slightly spicy jalapeno cream sauce, garnished with Parmesan cheese and pico de gallo.
